How do I pay for my purchase?

Does Aster Luxury Soaps ship outside India?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide including USA, UK, Japan and Australia.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). We are pleased to say, 95% of Aster Luxury Soaps orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

The product prices given on our website are non-negotiable. There is no extra cost such as taxes (except shipping cost).

 

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you wish to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via email ([email protected]) or call (+91 011 45033233). In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you. However we reserve the right to cancel your order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the actual price.

 

How do I return an item purchased on Aster Luxury Soaps?

In the case that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about particular item(s) in your order, you could either request for a replacement or a refund through contacting our Customer Support Team via email ([email protected]) or call (+91 011 45033233).

We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging. Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within a week. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. In this case, refund amount will be credited to your account/credit card within 8 to 10 working days.

 

Is your store safe for online payments?

Shopping at Aster Luxury Soaps.com is completely safe and secure. All transactions processed through payment gateway your bank authorised payments only through a secure protected medium. The payment gateway do not shares your secure information with us.

How can I use a discount/coupon code on my order?

When you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. At this page, you can enter the discount code and the respective discount will be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order.

 

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. Additionally, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

 

Do I need to have an account to place my order at Aster Luxury Soaps?

No, you do not as you can place an order by just providing your email address, however it is highly recommended that you do create an account.

 

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) or call (+91 011 45033233) within 24 Hours of receiving the order.

Note: In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
